Body CareThe team members at Weis-Morris have been carefully selected for their caring attitudes, commitment to the control and elimination of stress, and most importantly, to address your individual needs. Our DaySpa includes an adjoining massage room, specially-designed wet rooms with a refreshing Vichy shower and a Hydrotherapy tub, as well as steam rooms and private showers. Massage - A series of massages are available. Ask your consultant for details. Massage Therapeutic MassageThis type of massage results in various physiological and psychological effects: relaxation, relief from pain, reduction of certain types of edema, and increased range of motion. It also assists the venous flow of blood, provides gentle stretching of the tissue, and helps relieve subcutaneous scar tissue.
Aveda Elemental Nature Massage:A personalized massage experience based upon the Aveda Elemental Nature philosophy and your favorite Aveda aromas.
Dual Massage:For busy people who need to relax, but have limited time. Two massage therapists will work together to provide a full body massage in half the amount of time.
Hydrotherapy Massage:With 60 hydrojets, our tub will sooth your muscle soreness, assist in the treatment of sport injury, arthritis, cellulite or circulation problems. A water-wand attachment enables the therapist to provide underwater massage with a stream of water to specific areas. The water pressure can be adjusted from gentle to strong.
Reflexology Massage:Experience total body relaxation through gentle kneading that is applied to specific pressure points on the hands or feet.
Therapeutic Stone Massage:The ancient healing art of stone massage is a modality for physical and spiritual balancing. Working in harmony with various massage techniques and warm stones, the body is relaxed to its deepest level. Stone massage creates harmony and a positive energy flow.
Deep Tissue Massage:Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas.
Hydrotherm Massage:All of the benefits of a traditional massage without having to turn over or use a face cradle. Guests lay face up on a system filled with warm water and receive a full body massage unlike any other. Great for expectant mothers!
Prenatal Massage:Experience much-needed relaxation for expectant mothers. This massage is recommended for women who are past their first trimester with approval from their doctor.
Chair Massage:The perfect massage for neck, back and shoulder areas for those who have limited time, or have never experienced the benefits of a massage.
Combines massage and guided meditation with our Chakra Balancing Blend aromas to open and balance the chakras--energy centers of the body. Vichy Shower Treatment:Originating in the French town of Vichy, the six adjustable shower heads stimulate circulation, relieve stress and pain and invigorate the energy zones of the body.
Aroma Hydrotherapy Tub and Body Wrap:This spa treatment begins with a full body exfoliation, followed by a 20-minute session in a Hydrotherapy tub. After relaxing in the tub, the skin is hydrated with pure flower and plant essential oils, followed by a body wrap with cool cotton sheets and blankets. This service is completed with a stress-relieving scalp treatment and foot massage.
Absolue Minceur:A detoxifying and firming body treatment. Cellulite-prone areas are targeted. It smooths, tones and improves body contour.
